Sigurado iyan na naman ang sasabihin ng mga taga ebs, basahin ang mga columns ng mga sinungaling nilang bayarang writers, lalo na yung best friend writer ni tetay sa d bus. Ang estrella cinema lang ang gumagawa ng mga de kalidad na pelikula, kasi sila lang ang mga may design glitches. hehehe!

Wow, I was kinds shocked dahil 1 lang ang nakuha ko this year! But I must admit that the movies na sumali this year were really better than last year……..
Anyway, this MMFF proved to be really good coz it grossed the highest in the history of the festival!
And that’s the aim of this festival, to earn more money for the movie industry……..
Anyway, i must congratulate Cesar Apolinario for winning the Best Director foe Banal……. For me he deserves the recognition…………. Kahit GMA News reprter siya, w/o any bias he deserves it!!@

Magaling, magaling, magaling….SSS top grosser…so it means the republic of the philippines loves SSS. Mamatay sa inggit na naman ang ating mga kababayan na handang mamatay para sa GMA Films na hindi man lang makalevel sa box office ng Star Cinema…it is not yet counting the over-seas gross income…congrats to BATANES, a film co-produced by GMA Films with IZA Calzado as the bigggest star for gaining a gross income of 8 million nation and worldwide…congrats.

It is only in the Philippines that we have this culture when it comes to awarding, there is the intervention of politicians that in the end twists the sanctity of the deserving films. I do empathize with the people who believed that it should be KASAL, KASALI, KASALO or BAHAY KUBO to grab the most coveted BEST PICTURE, not to mention the perfection of values and the societal issues that gives us the so called “awakenings”. As a matter of fact, if we try to look at the other films, they do have also their identity that gives them their unique and succulent taste to the critics, however they must have given the standard critierias where they are basing the so called “BEST PICTURE”. I am not against the people behind it, but I am barely against the SYSTEM that they are using to have an unexpected surprises in the end.

All Filipino Films are good , for those they thought that they suck are just people who cant appreciate good things in life cos they dont make any good at all ,

abs-cbn and gma…ng most hated or most loved nyong artists…
labanan ito ng mga movie makers and everyone who embodied each movie who most importantly wants to give not just an entertaining movie but a quality movie that is substantial to the GROWTH of entertainment industry and most especially to the daily life and culture of the filipino society…

Di ko pa napanood yung resiklo, so I cannot comment kung deserving sila manalo, pero siguro dahil marami silang nakuhang awards, malamang kaya sila naging best picture. Iba malamang ang criteria nila for best picture this time. Kasi last year, malaki ang percentage ng rating sa takilya, naoverlooked tuloy yung performance and quality of the other film entries. So lalamang nga ang mga movies with GP ratings, dahil malaki sakop nilang manonood. This time, its different, malamang “most awards = 1st best picture” then the rest 2 slots (2nd and 3rd = are the tops grossers).
Kung gusto nila magbigay din sila ng awards for top grosser film for the duration of MMF. Dito papasok yung highest grosser na pelikula.

alam mo naman kung sino yung mapanira dito ng film…d nila alam na dahil sa mga film na to marami ang nagkatrabaho at kahit papano ay may pamasko sila…pag walang filmfest marami sa movie industry ang gutom lalo na yung mga sa likod ng kamera…

tama ka, marami ngang quality films na nagawa ang GMA Films…Batanes wasn’t a flop…it run for 3 weeks sa mga major na sinehan…
at yung Batanes ay hindi commercial film na malaki ang audience…it’s a serious drama at napakaganda ng cinematography…

SAKAL SAKALI SAKLOLO doesn’t win it is because of the film. they discreminate “BISAYA” people in the film and insulted the filipino culture. the acting is so over acting thats why they didn’t get any award. one of the part of the film is when they said taht don’t speak in bisaya. i don think so that it is a good attitude. one of the scene is i hated when Director Joey Reyes appeared in the film and the girl that ‘Ganyan ba ang mga filipino” an Joey Reyes said. “hindi ganyan ang mga pilipino they are educated.” he is saying that while ryan and joday is taking picture to the place. parang he admitted that filipino people is like that. sana sinabi niya.. ganyan talga ang pinoy masiyahin.. kaya ganon. dapat nga hindi dapat sila nanalo ng best picture na seconf plce it is because the film doesn’t have a positive interpretation with the filipino culture..

Kaya nanalong best pic ang RESIKLO kasi Resiklo ang pinaka maraming awards ang nahakot,, hindi naman yun sa dami ng nanood ng movie, parang Beauty Contest na Miss Photogenic pero hindi nakasama sa Top 10 man lang. kaya sa mga nagririklamo jan… hindi porket mas maraming benta yun ang best picture..

Yun ang dpat na pinupuri hindi yung mga paulit ulit na kwento and cast ng movie SSS,KKK, enteng kabisote 1 to 4 or Shake Rattle & Roll 1 to 9. anung susunod sa SSS??? hmm… bka TTT heheh

let us be realistic here… I think ok lang na resiklo manalo sa best picture. Maganda yung pagkagawa. I saw all the movies… Ok ang SSS, but for winning the best picture? I don’t think so. Siguro kung may people’s choice, yun sigurado mananalo SSS. Hindi issue dito kung kapamilya or kapuso…

ano bang nangyayari mmff 2008….almost lahat ay di deserving sa kanilang mga awards esp. yung resiklo nanalo pa ng visual effects wala namag ka-epek-epek at hindi mukhang realistic. Bakit walang awards ang SSS…SO FAR YUN ANG PINAKAMAGANDA SA LAHAT NG fim sa festival…ano kayang bases nila ng pag-awards…PULITIKO! gma mandadaya!

gus2 nyong manalo ng awards SSS? bkt? dhl sa story, i think it dont show the real filipino newly wed or starting family, ilang porsyento ba ang mga filipino na paggus2 pumunta ng euro para lng mag 2nd honeymun e danun danun lng, i think kung story bahay kubo for me mas realistic ang story, magagaling ang actress? come on tignan nyo naman ang casting ng ibang films, cguro ang pwede lng nlang talunin sa casting e desperadas and anak ng kumander, ano ipagmamaliki nla actress na pangTV saka actor na coming from no wer basta lng kse gf nya ung actress in real lyf kaya magaling na din sya. Effects? hindi ko na dapat xplain. Cinematography? maybe pwede, pero i think banal also has good cinematograpy. For me SSS is just an ordinary film na ginagawa lng din starcinema even na hindi MMFF, it happens lng na c juday and ang bf nya ang main character, and kung me magpipilit na maganda ang SSS come on, if your an artist this film is just ordinary film, waste of tym to watch, cguro mas ok pa panoorin na lng ang trailer nya para sa mga nice view sa euro but wasting an hour for a film, nah! para naman sa mga gandang ganda nagsasabing artist cla, hurt to say gising na kayo sa reality, wag ng magpaconio at feeling nakakarelate kayo sa film, dhl im sure baka pang bora lng sa summer e inaagaw nyo pa sa daily budget nyo. to be an artist is you must understand what reality happens

SSS = it is lyk “jose rizal” of cesar montano with nice cinematography and plot
SRR 9 = goose bump wanna be and they not even got it right
EK 4 = just lyk 1, 2, 3
bahay kubo = another ordinary drama film
Resiklo = maybe the story are not that so ok, but the style they make the film are original for a filioino cinema, they are lyk “jose rizal” who start nice cinematography and plotting, and resiklo starts using nice films special effects and designs, i hope this will be the start of cool film effect localy here in philippines, just lyk jose rizal done

To the management of cash sa pelikula;
I would like to know who are the list of winners for cash sa peikula. according to the newspaper and advertisement raffle will be held in trinoma last DEC 19 or JAN 19 I already forget, I would like you to know that I did went to Trinoma for the raffle but there was no raffle that I was expected. as per pesonnel and management of trinoma there were no schedule for that event. We, the movie goers would like to know if we just waste our money to watch those movies. We want to hear from you soon. Thnks
