In countries like Kenya, Cameroon and Tanzania at least two networks are currently airing ABS-CBN Philippine telenovelas, which always consist in 45-to-50-minute episodes,†explains the executive.

just to let you know agb is only releasing survey from MEGA MANILA while TNS releases NATIONWIDE!! Sa survey panalo ang ABS according sa TNS NATIONWIDE and don’t forget na AGB also were releasing NATIONWIDE ratings in which ABS is still on top so what you are saying is still off matter. Actually the mystery is that AGB is not even releasing NATIONWIDE ratings anymore but only ratings in Mega Manila in which GMA is leading and who is the station that subscribes to it so you tell me who is biased. Why don’t they show it para makita natin yung totoo. PLus have you not seen the ratings lately? ABS is on the edge of pulling GMA down to be at the top. so eat that!!! hahahaha

Ito naman ang maling REPORT ng GME7 at Abante-tonite….
Ang AGB Nielsen Philippines ang supplier ng TV ratings data sa dalawampu’t apat (24) na kumpanya sa Pilipinas, kasama ang GMA Network at isa pang TV channel (hindi ABS-CBN).
Kabilang ang nangungunang media agencies at anim (6) pang regional clients sa nagsu-subscribe sa AGB Nielsen. Sa kabilang banda, ang kalaban nitong TNS ay hindi nakapaglabas ng talaan ng kanilang mga kliyente sa idinaos nilang industry presentation noong Mayo 29.
Ang AGB Nielsen Philippines ay may kabuuang 1,650 home panels sa Total Urban Philippines. Ito ang unang nakapagpalabas ng opisyal na datos ng National Urban TV Audience Measurement (NUTAM) noong Enero 2007.
Samantala, ang TNS ay mayroong 1,250 home panels lamang at nagsimulang magpalabas ng official national data nito lamang Pebrero 2009.

Ayon po sa TNS website hindi po 1,250 panel homes kagaya ng report ng GME7 at Abante-tonite kundi 1,370 panel homes..
TNS Media Research Philippines officially released its national television audience measurement data on February 2009. The panel, composed of 1370 representative households, covers urban Philippines and reports on 7 sectors namely NCR, Suburbs, North Luzon, Central Luzon, South Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. NCR and Suburbs can be aggregated to show ratings for Mega Manila and all sectors can be aggregated to report national ratings.
