9. Carly Smithson
10. Kristy Lee Cook
Ryan Seacrest also announced this season’s confirmed celebrity mentors which include Dolly Parton, Mariah Carey, Neil Diamond and Andrew Lloyd Webber. Next week, the 10 finalists will perform songs from the year they were born and another finalist will then be eliminated based on home viewers votes.

Filipinos will never be respectable. Filipinos will never know what critical thinking is. Filipinos are just not intellectual people. We have enough brain just to function in everyday life. And about education, every year ilang libo ang college graduate natin. Nagpupuntahan abroad. Hindi education ang problema natin. Sobra sobra ang mga educakado sa atin. We just don’t have the intellect, thinking outside of the box! Masyado tayong copycat. Wala tayong originality. We don’t have a concept of innovation. No creativity. We are already very well educated but we just have to enrich what we’ve learn, innovate. Let’s try something different, original. Yan ang part ng brain ng Pinoy na hindi pa na explore, learning to think on their own. We rely to much on the textbook. Textbook is supposedly just the basic, fundamental. Kung hindi natin babaguhin ang way of thinking natin we will be stuck for another century in that same hell hole. Partyon is right.

Tama si PARTYON. He/she was criticized by people here for posting something non-relevant to this blog but he was only reacting to the earlier postings that preceded his posting. DUH! Some people really do not get it. He never excluded himself from what he said against our people. Which means, for all you clueless people, that he is also criticizing himself. The first step to curing a problem is for us to recognize we have a problem. And he is doing that. Filipinos are so backward in so many ways. I have dealt with them ever since I got back and until now I’m still having a hard time adjusting. What is considered mature or adult or normal decent things that Americans do every day are so alien of a concept here and if you expect Filipinos to behave the same, they look at you funny. We have a lot to learn.

1. David Archuleta ( He has the charisma, the looks, the voice, the screaming fans, the complete package)- ala Jordin Sparks

2. Ramiele Malubay ( ofcourse Filipinos Love her .. so does the Asian Group, the Americans who love her exotic charm plus the Voice )
3. David Cook ( got the Looks, voice, the fans .. but hey Archuleta and Malubay has more supporters.. U know kids)
4. Carly Smithson ( She has the voice but the fans, not that much. Ul end up like Melinda Doolittle, Season 6 )
5. Brooke White ( I love U Nanny but leave it to the kids
6. Michael Johns ( well yeah , he’s ok but not an American Idol)
7. Syesha Mercado( very good vocals, fan base.. not much)
8. Chika-something ( yeah, ohk , U did great on the beatles ,, whats next? )
9. Jason Castro ( cmon boy.. do something else.. a little boring )
10. Kristy Cook ( hey Girl U got to go,,, Amanda was Way Better than U do )
