Angel Locsin and Sam Milby in “Buhay ng Buhay Ko”

Angel Locsin talked about her new project during her interview on “Boy & Kris.” Angel had worked with Sam Milby in an episode of “Maalala Mo kaya” last October 2007.

time and time again, Angel Locsin has been very vocal about her gratitude sa gme7 na nagpakilala sa kanya (sa Mega Manila! hehehe) as Angel Locsin.
pero sa kabuuan ng pagiging tunay na aktres (at sa pagiging kilala globally ng mga Pinoy abroad though TFC), nagpapasalamat si Angel Locsin sa ABS-CBN.

Lagi talaga naming sasabihin na no.1 ang ABs kc un ang totoo. Kaya nagkaroon ng kasunduan is becoz un ang request ni KC. To be matched with Richard of GMA. Dats why nagkasundo ang 2 station. Ndi kelangan ng ABS ang GMA. Kahit ndi si richard ang naging kapartner ni KC eh kikita parin e2 kasi first movie nya un. SO peole are curious kun paano si KC sa bigscreen. Maraming talent sa ABS na pwedeng ipartner kay KC but she demanded to do it with richard kaya nagkaroon ng negotiation ang GMA and ABS. Tanong tanong ka pa jan ang dali naman ng sagot. Kelangan pa iexplain sa bone headed na kagaya mo.

HINDI puno ang sinehan pero marami kaming kasabay na nanood ng 2:30 PM screening ng Love Me Again (Land Down Under) kahapon sa TriNoma Cinema 7.
Bukod sa ang guwapo at ang seksing cowboy ni Piolo ay natural na natural ang akting niya rito.
Mas gusto namin siya rito kesa sa huling Star Cinema movie niya with Regine Velasquez (Paano Kita Iibigin, 2007) kung saan emote na emote siya.
Mas okey rin dito si Angel kesa sa huling dalawang pelikula niya nu’ng 2007 (The Promise at Angels), pero napansin lang namin na parang hindi siya natural at akting na akting siya lalo na sa mga eksena sa Bukidnon.
Nakulangan din kami kay Angel at hindi siya nakaagapay sa akting ni Piolo sa unang dramatic moment nila sa isang ospital sa Bukidnon.

inyong-inyo na ang angel nio. bagay talaga yan s dos ang pambansang pokpok ng philippine movies, and pls dont ever compare her to marian rivera kasi tapos un ng pag-aaral unlike angel na grade 4 lng. si marian kahit di mag artista at magpokpok mabubuhay yan ng reyna unlike c angel nio. nakadepende s pagiging pokpok nia. thats for sure…

Sana nga, maging blockbuster ang “Land Over There” (Bola Me Again?)
Heto na at nakauga*lian na tuwing may mo*vie na showing ang Star Cinema ay mamimigay ng mga tikets sa premiere night para dumagsa ang mga manonood na kukunan ng dapat ay magandang sasabihin tungkol sa napanood para mapanood din ang mga sarili sa TV minu-minuto sa pagbabandera ng kasinunggalingan!
Malamya ang report sa akin ng mga ipinakalat ko sa mga sinehan nu’ng Huwebes. May nagrebyu na nga sa movie at nagsulat na iilan lang sila sa sinehan, hindi naman puno. Saan ka nga kukuha ng mga tao na pupuno sa more than 100 theaters everyday? Wala bang mga trabaho ang mga theatergoers at sine na lang ang aatupagin? Kung wala palang mga trabaho, eh saan kukuha ng pampanood sa movie na inaasahang magiging blockbuster? Baka black busted, pwede pa! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! May kantyaw pa nga na nag-shoot pa raw sa Australia, pero hindi naman ipinakita ang kabu*uan ng Australia tulad ng ginawa sa Piolo-Claudine teleserye na kinu*nan pa man din sa Australia na akala mo eh sa set lang sa Pilipinas kinunan. “‘Yun ba ang Australia?” tanong tuloy ng kapitbahay ni kuya!
Eh, Bukidnon lang daw ang ipinakita – the fast fa*ding greeneries?
Bakit nag-location shoot pa kuno sa Australia? Kayo naman, napaka-naive.

‘Pinakaaabangan’, inabuso!
THE most abused word this year is: “PINAKAAABANGAN”.
Ewan ko, hindi ko ina*bangan ‘yan!
TV blurb “Ang tambalang PINAKAAABA*NGAN – Piolo Pascual and Angel Locsin in “Land Down There”.
Tama sila. It landed down there!
Sa Pampanga, iilan ang nanood, walang pila sa sinehan. Nag-abang nga ang iilan kung may pipila. Nabigo sila.
Once more, nagamit na naman ang common sense namin. Papaanong hindi dudumugin ang premiere night, eh libre nga ang mga tikets na pinamigay.
Hindi ba pati sa “Wowowee”, ipinamudmod sa mga nakapila ang mga tikets for that premiere night!
My common sense: Unang tambalan pa man din sa TV nina Angel at Piolo sa “Lobog”, eh hindi nag-rate, libre na sa TV ‘yun – eh bakit naman gagasta pa sa sinehan para lang mapanood ang dalawang hinete ng Sta. Ana at San Lazaro, aber?
Hindi magandang birthday gift ‘yan para sa papa ko, huh!
Hindi kaya ang papa ko ang nasa kanto at may inaabangan?

FIRST movie team-up nina Piolo Pascual at Angel Locsin ang Love Me Again at unang pelikula ito ni Angel sa Star Cinema kaya ang daming curious kung anong resulta nito sa takilya.
Opening day pa lang ay ang dami nang nagtatanong sa amin kung malakas ba ang movie, as if kami ang opisyal na taga-monitor ng box-office grosses sa mga sinehan sa buong kapuluan.
May isang showbiz insider na tumawag sa amin nu’ng ikalawang araw ng showing ng Love Me Again at ibinalita sa amin na ayon sa isang malaking chain of cinemas ay mahina sa takilya ang Piolo-Angel movie.
Kinowt pa sa amin ng nasabing showbiz insider ang first day gross ng pelikula, pero parang hindi kami kumbinsido na ganu’n lang ito kaliit dahil in fairness, nu’ng manood kami nu’ng opening day ng 2:30 PM screening nito sa TriNoma ay marami kami, to think na dalawang sinehan ang Love Me Again sa TriNoma.
Nu’ng pati ang isang miyembro ng cast ng Piolo-Angel movie ay sa amin nagtatanong kung kumusta ang kita ng pelikula ay nag-effort na kaming magtanong sa kinauukulan.
Ayon sa isang reliable source na napagtanungan namin, P5.8M ang opening day gross nationwide (walang padding) ng Love Me Again.
Ang nasabing source din namin ang nagpaalam sa amin na mas mataas pa rito ang P7M opening day gross ng My Only U nina Vhong Navarro at Toni Gonzaga nu’ng Oktubre 2008.
Ang Caregiver ni Sharon Cuneta ay P7.5M daw ang first day gross nu’ng Mayo 2008, habang ang blockbuster movie nina John Lloyd Cruz at Sarah Geronimo na A Very Special Love ay humakot ng P14M sa opening day nito nu’ng Hulyo 30, 2008.

ano b kayo. bat namn kau ganyan? dapat nga sinusuportahan nati ang pelikulang pilipino kaysa sa mga foreign movies. Nka 70M na po ang LMA kaya isa na itong blockbuster kaya tama na. Mga impokrita ang mga taong mapanghusga. Kayu nga ang gumawa ng pelikula nyo. ang aangas nyo ha. Pustahan natin kung may manonood sa inyo.,

We are looking forward to Angel and Sam’s teleserye. Even when Angel was still in GMA, she never failed to make us feel for her and her partner’s super “kilig” moments. Be it Richard, Dennis, Oyo, even Robin, nakakakilig talaga. It was another story with my fave Piolo, where she also showed her comic side. Her MMK episode with Sam was also a revelation. I think her “masa” appeal contrasting with Sam’s “amboy” image did good for them. It will be refreshing to see them every night together, these two sensual and gorgeous human beings. Looking forward to see her on the big screen with Mr. Aga Muhlach as well. Good luck to Sam and Angel!
