Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III to run for president in 2010
Posted by: iostream @ 2:48 am in: News & Current Events (800 views) September 10th, 2009Senator Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III has officially declared yesterday during a press conference held at the Kalayaan Hall in Club Filipino, Greenhills, San Juan City that he will run for president in 2010.
Noynoy made his announcement 40 days after the death of his mother, the former president Corazon “Cory” Aquino. Noynoy in a statement said: “I accept the plea of the people. I accept the advice of my parents. I accept the responsibility to continue the fight for the people. I accept the challenge to lead in this fight. I will run in the coming elections.”

.,i think he can be a good president, a good leader..base on his previous experiences with his mother and father who fight for freedom, peace and democracy, he will continue the leadership his parents has left unfinished…he deserved that position and i believe that he can make a change in our country…because our country needs a not-corrupt-president that will help us strive from poverty and pay our debts against other countries…

hahai.. hndi ko maintndihan.. for me, he’s not that fit for the presidency.. people just keep on pushing him BECAUSE OF HIS PARENTS, BUT LOOK CLOSER AND I HOPE THE PEOPLE WILL UNDERSTAND, that NOYNOY IS NOT CORY, NOR NINOY… if ul gonna vote him or whatsoever, just don’t put his parents as the reasons.. BE FAIR naman to other runners, because lang ba na may dugong “BAYANI” si NOYNOY means he iS the perfect president?! THAT’S BIAS! juSt l0ok at him. do you want to know he’s not CORRUPT or why he was never involved in any malicious incidents is because HINDI PA SIYA GANYAN KATAGAL SA PULITIKA.. i think he should have more experiences in the SENATORIAL PARTY. IT JUST doesn’t make sense if the UNRIPE NOYNOY would lead the country.. just think of it., don’t be BIAS. i’m not against noynoy, i just think this isn’t the right time for him. the populace are just exxagerating. tSk. tSk. tSk.

Topsy, just respect the outpouring of emotions for Noynoy. Experience is not counted by the number of years in a political position, kadalasan trapo lang gumagawa nito. We need new blood, fresh faces… yung mga matagal na sa pulitika, kinain na ng sistema.

if you want new blood and new face, go for the admin ticket-yung cousin nya. he’s a bar topnotcher and a harvard graduate.
Noynoy is not even qualified. Like mother-and-son, he will be like Cory, walang magagawa sa ikakaunlad ng Pilipinas.
If I were you, i’d vote for Gilbert Teodoro or Manny Villar or Bayani Fernando.
Just my two cents, and my opinin.

well. geeZ paul. what’s with the “OUTPOURING EMOTIONS FOR NOYNOY” got to do with anything? is it logical to base votes on just OUTPOURING EMOTIONS by the people? you know, PEOPLE TEND TO EXAGGERATE ALL THE TIME, yun pala, kung mailuklok na yang si noynoy, millions would be protesting aghainst him na naman.. AND HISTORY WILL REPEAT ITSELF. the problem is always with the people. and they often misunderstood FREEDOM. its not about BEING FREE TO DO ANYTHING.. “One’s freedom ends when the freedom of another begins”. people are gonna introduce NEW FACES ON POLITICS, but later, they would also be the one to criticize them, and it’s not FAIR. for me, i’ll still go for those who are already TRIED AND TESTED.

Noynoy is not cory or ninoy. I say he and his political friends are opportunists. Sumasakay lang sa pagkamatay ni cory. I’d vote cory or ninoy anytime but not this guy.

Ako honestly, I like Bayani.
I know maraming mag-rereact.
Well, as a student, I must ay na marami akong na-benefit sa mga ginawa niyang pagbabago sa Metro Mania.
Like yung mga overpass.
(esp. the one in Mendiola)
Instead of waiting for the cars to stop, pwede ka nang tumawid.
And yung mga illegal vendors na nakakasikip ng daanan.
So there.
Also, i’m quite fascinated by Teodoro.
He seems to be a credible person.
He’s simple yet dignified-looking.
And mind you smart din sya.
