Runners up include sexy sleuth Kristen Bell, Spider-Man 3’s Bryce Dallas Howard, dashing actor Joaquin Phoenix, Heroes hottie Milo Ventimiglia, charming columnist Michael Ausiello, and 30 Seconds to Mars vocalist Jared Leto.
