Sam Milby and Piolo Pascual decided to file a libel case against Lolit Solis to clear their names since the latter refused to renounce her defamatory statements against them.

It doesn’t matter which station Lolit is from. That is immaterial. It is just so immoral to talk about other people much more do that as a living. ABS-CBN has its share of such shows. Don’t make it sound as if ABS-CBN is so honorable specially after that ULTRA stampede. It also doesn’t matter if Piolo or Sam or both are really gay. It is no one’s business except their own. The problem with Pinoys is we enjoy talking or gossiping other people’s lives, scandal, skeleton, or whatever you call them. This only goes to prove that so many of us are so miserable in our own lives that we are willing to slam other people so we can feel better by laughing at their misfortune and act as if our lives are any better. It is our national shame. Shows and columns that people like Solit author or host should be boycotted but unfortunately such shows get a lot of readership and ratings. What does that tell you about us? What does that make us? Low lives? I refuse to be in that category. They are a shame to our culture and national pride.

How stupid is this person really (Lolit Solis)! It is really obvious that she made the story up and publish it. In this video she had admit that she doesn’t have evidence that Sam was actually there at the Hotel. If you do not have evidence that Sam was actually there how can you she write something that you cannot prove. Was she expecting that we are just going to rely on her? With her reputation as cheater? The publisher of the newspaper that allowed this to be printed should be sued too! for allowing this fabrication knowing that this Lolit Solis has a BAD REPUTATION! and not asking for evidence, plus how can GMA allow this? I understand that there’s a network rivalry but why they allow this total disgrace to marked their network. I’m niether KAPAMILYA OR KAPUSO but it is just disappointing that two major network is dividing the people of the country just because they are competing to one another. Anyways! if I where to Sam and Piolo i will use this video to convict Lolit Solis. It came to her mouth the she doesn’t have the evidence to prove that Sam was at that hotel. It is obvious that she is a lier and a big disgrace! People should demand to the network that this person should be terminated and be ban from the industry!

I think GMA can’t fire Lolit just like that because she was just doing what GMA execs told her to do, siraan ang mga talents ng ABS-CBN. If you will examine the roster of male talents each station has, walang sinabi ang mga taga-GMA. Female talents nila, okay. Pero sa lalaki, walang sinabi. No one is as multi-awarded and versatile as Piolo, or has that Amboy/boy-next-door look like Sam. Pati kina John Pratts, Raver Cruz, Gerald Anderson,etc. wala talagang puwede itapat ang GMA. Kaya anong ginawa nila? Siraan ang talents ng kabila. And they’re supposed to be educated people. Joey de Leon is also disappointing in this issue, parang ang cheap cheap niya huh! Anyway, Piolo has proven time and again that he is a respectable, talented and bankable artist. The issue here is not their gender, kundi yung pag-iimbento ni Lolit ng kuwento para lang makapanira. This is not the first time she did this, ngayon nga lang siya naidemanda. I guess ABS-CBN has had enough of GMA’s dirty tactics.

GMA Executives, Congratulations! Finally, you’re now at par with ABS sometimes better.
Lolit is really a big disgrace in entertainment news and showbizness. She was already given a second chance after her take it! take it! scandal but unfortunately she is getting worse. GMA is really making good especially in news programming, I admire most of your news reporters because of their balance reporting but I can’t understand why people like Lolit and even Joey de Leon were cast in showbiz talk show. These type of people who are full of biases are the one destroying your credibility that you build for a long time. Good that you’ve taken out from showbiz news people like Richard Gomez and Joey Marquez from such show. You have good guys like Paolo Bediones, Pia G., Boots Francisco and other showbiz personalities that are really professionals, who will not put GMA down.Use them! People are getting annoyed with Joey de Leon and Lolit Solis antics, if you really want to be called “Walang Kinikilingan TV Station” kindly remove them from your show or replace the whole show. More power!
