Socialite Paris Hilton has filed a federal lawsuit against Hallmark Cards Inc. that uses a photo of the hotel heiress and her trademarked phrase “That’s Hot.”

The greeting card was entitled “Paris’s First Day as a Waitress” and says, “Don’t touch that, it’s hot. What’s hot? That’s hot.”

Hilton has accused the US greeting card company of using her name, photo and registered trademark for commercial purposes without her permission. The hotel heiress is now seeking at least $100,000 in actual damages and a permanent injunction against Hallmark Cards Inc.
