After spending 3 and 1/2 weeks in jail, Paris Hilton’s get-out-of jail card will now be released on Tuesday according to the Los Angeles Country Sheriff’s Department’s Inmate Reception Center.

The 26-year old hotel heiress, who was sentenced to 45 days in jail for violating her probation in an alcohol-related reckless driving case, surrendered last June 03, 2007. The authorities said that with the time off for good behavior and because of crowded jail conditions, Paris Hilton was likely to serve only 23 instead of the original sentence which is 45 days.
