After being stuck in traffic for more than two hours, Hollywood director Quentin Tarantino was forced to take a pedicab (a chauffered bicycle with a sidecar attached) on his way to the Presidential Palace just to be on time for his audience with President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo yesterday afternoon.

The Hollywood director made it to the Palace on schedule but President Arroyo arrived 30 minutes late due to heavy rain that caused flooding in many parts of Metro Manila. Tarantino who has been famously known for Pulp Fiction, Kill Bill 1 and Kill Bill 2 is the recipient of the “Lifetime Achievement Award” from the CineMalaya Film Festival.
